電子汽車衡概述
Brief Introduction of Electronic Truck Scale
電子汽車衡分為數字式電子汽車衡和模擬式電子汽車衡,也可稱為數字地磅和模擬地磅,是用于化工、商品混凝土、物流、港口、碼頭、廠礦、商家、醫藥、化學、建設、食品等大宗貨物計量的主要稱重設備。數字式電子汽車衡因其傳感電測部件采用數字技術,故可以遙控、射頻干擾、不因溫度變化而導致稱重信號發生變化,還可以遠距離傳輸,遠可傳輸280m,如中間加裝轉接器,理論上講信號可以傳輸至無限遠。目前這種汽車衡已經取代了模擬式電子汽車衡,模擬式電子汽車衡是汽車衡的早期產品,它低,容易被加裝惡意遙控裝置,已經不適應社會的發展,已被淘汰出稱重領域!電子汽車衡的技術通過不斷的研發,已到了成熟、穩定的階段,且根據不同用戶的需求,可以根據秤體和電子電器系統組合成不同功能的汽車衡。
Electronic truck scaleis divided into dial electronic truck scale and ogue electronic truck scale, also called dial floor scale and ogue floor scale. It is main weighing equipment for bulk cargo that widely used in industry, commercial concrete, logistics, port, mining, manufacturing factory, medical, chemical, construction,food, etc. The dial electronic truck scale with transducer electronic logging components, adopting dial technique, has characteristics of anti-theft tracking / remote control, RFI resistance, invariability of temperature changing, long distance tranission. The longest tranission is 280m. Theoretically, the tranission distance can be unlimited with the commutator. At present, dial electronic truck scale has entirely displaced ogue electronic truck scale. ogue electronic truck scale is the early product, with low precision, can be easily anti-theft tracked / remote controlled, has been washed out weighing area! The technology of electronic truck scale has upgraded to a mature and stable stage by continuous developing, also can be embled into different functions truck scale by scale body and electronics system, in accordance with various demands of users.

The Structure Composing of Electronic Truck Scale
電子汽車衡標準配置主要由承重傳力機構(秤體)、高稱重傳感器、稱重顯示儀表三大主件組成,由此即可完成汽車衡基本的稱重功能,也可根據不同用戶的要求,選配打印機、大屏幕顯示器、電腦管理系統以完成更的數據管理及傳輸的需要。
The standardconfigurationofelectronic truck scalemainly consists of bearing and force tranission structure (scale body), high precision weighing load cell and weighing indicator. Thereupon, it can complete the weighing function ofelectronic truck scale, which also can be equipped with printer, large screen display and computer managing system to meet the need of higher level data management and tranission according to customers’ demands.
◆承重和傳力機構——將物體的重量傳遞給稱重傳感器的機械平臺,常見有鋼結構及鋼混結構二種主要型式;鋼結構又分為全鋼框架式(A型秤體)和U型梁新結構汽車衡(B型秤體)。
Bearing and force tranission structure—tranit the object weight to mechanic platform of the load cell. The structure commonly divides into steel structure and mixed steel structure tes. Steel structure also divides into full-steel frame te (A-te) and U-beam new structure truck scale (B-te).
◆高稱重傳感器——是汽車衡的部件,起著將重量值轉換成對應的可測電信號的作用,它的優劣性直接關系到整臺衡器的品質。
High precision weighing load cell — core part of theelectronic truck scale, plays a part in shifting weighingnumerical valueinto corresponding measuring signal, the quality of which directly influences the quality of the whole weighing scale.
◆稱重顯示儀——用于測量傳感器傳輸的電信號,再通過軟件處理,顯示重量讀數,并可將數據進一步傳遞至打印機、大屏幕顯示器、電腦管理系統。
Weighing indicator — applied to measureelectric signaltranitted by the load cell, then display the weight reading processed by professional software, also be able to tranit the data to printer, large screen display and computer managing system.
◆打印機——用于打印重量數據表單。
Printer — applied to print important data forms.
◆大屏幕——用于遠距離讀數。
Large screen — applied to read for long-distance.
◆電腦管理系統——用于重量數據的進一步處理、儲存、傳輸等。

The installation of electronic truck scale basis
汽車衡的基礎是汽車衡及穩定性的重要組成部分。汽車衡基礎分為淺基坑式及無基坑式二種(如下圖)。
The basis is an important part to ensure the precision and stability ofelectronic truck scale. It is divided into shallow basis pit and no basic pit tes (As figures following)
淺基坑式基礎 Shallow Basic Pit basis | 淺基坑式基礎安裝的秤體與地面齊平,其優點在于占用場地少,汽車上下秤較方便,但采用此形式時,須注意秤坑內的排水及干燥。The scale body is horizontal with the ground for shallow basic pit te. It has advantages of covering little ground and convenient for truck to drive on and off, but has to keep the scale pit dry in particular. |
無基坑型式基礎 No Basic Pit basis | 無基坑式基礎安裝的秤體會高出地面,故須制作可使汽車上下的引坡,因而其占用場地較大,但其良好的通風干燥環境,可汽車衡一直保持理想的使用狀態,且日常易于維護。The scale body is higher than the ground for no basic pit te. The slope is needed in this te, so it takes more space. But the truck scale can be kept in ideal using condition for its good environment of ventilation and drying, also can be easily maintained. |
